Jaycee Turns 4!!!

We had some lunch at Rainforest Cafe

We took Jaycee and her best friend, Ruby, to Great Wolf Lodge for her birthday! They had sooo much fun, but didn't stay together much. Jaycee wanted to go on all the big slides, ride the waves and push people out of her way to get in the water while Ruby was a little more timid. I never would have thought she would have been so fearless in the water! She was trying to sneak behind the lifeguard so she didn't have to wait in any lines for the slides. It's so bittersweet, it seems like yesterday I held her in my arms for the very first time. And now she's a big girl!!! I look forward to many many more fun birthdays! I praise God for every day I get to spend with her.

Easter Family Pics

Easter Egg Hunt

After last year's egg hunt when Jaycee only got one egg, we decided we should have our own egg hunt in the back yard. Jaycee loved this idea, especially since she had no competition with younger brother who would rather pick grass!! Just wait, big sis, he'll get some next year :)

Jaxon Turns One!!!

This is me attempting to teach the kids how to play Duck Duck Goose. I was the entertainment for all the adults at the party.

This is Mema Switzer, or "Switzer" as Jaycee calls her. Jaxon absolutely adores her and is the only person he will go to if I am holding him. And I can't hardly pry him out of her arms. She is an amazing baby magnet!

I can't believe my little man is one!! The time has flown by since this "mac truck" entered this world as my OB dr called him :) I am so blessed and it's amazing how kids just turn your world upside down, yet you could never imagine life without them. We had so much fun at the birthday party! And thanks Jen for all the pics! Sorry you couldn't be in any of them since you were the photographer :)

Our Trip to Sea World

Poor Jaxon!! He was plum worn out by the end of this trip!! But they both did very well and the only time he got fussy was waiting 45 min for the shows to start. He wanted to be walking up and down those stairs practicing his new walking skills!! But Jaycee could have stayed there forever!!! My little animal lover.

This is Jaycee anxiously awaiting Sea World!!
